HOW DOES IT WORK?

The first step is a consultation done over the phone or video. We need to meet to determine what your soul is calling for and how I can help. This is a free, usually 30-minute consultation. From there, I will chart a path forward, whether through group sessions or one-on-one work. I’ll share my expertise and intuition to guide you along the way.

The powerful healing of breathwork allows us to go to the deepest layers of our subconscious mind and heal those deep wounds that might have been carried through generations.

You’ll receive guidance, motivational support, and practical tools to help you overcome life’s challenges and reach your full potential.

My personalized coaching packages require a minimum commitment of one month, consisting of four sessions. This is because I believe that true transformation and healing require time and a deep dive into the depths of your soul. By committing to a longer period, you will be able to experience the different stages of healing and witness a greater change.

By listening attentively to your needs and aligning our energies, I will curate a personalized package tailored specifically for you. I will create journeys specifically to rewire YOUR subconscious mind. This will include Energy work, Sound Healing, Breathwork Journeys, and Soul Purpose Coaching.

6-Month Transformation: Embark on a life-changing journey with a 6-month coaching package. Pay for 6 months of coaching services in advance and receive a 10% discount on the total cost.
1-Year Breakthrough: Make lasting change with a comprehensive 1-year coaching package. Pay for 12 months of coaching services in advance and receive a 15% discount on the total cost.
